Next, you will need to apply a base coat of BuildCrete Pool Plaster as an underlayment for tile.

BuildCrete Pool Plaster is a great underlayment for ICF pools and can even double as a tile adhesive depending on conditions. If no tiles are used in the pool, a liner can be used.
