Teamwork

While ICFs can be very easy to work with, most jobs will be completed using a team of people. It’s not always necessary that every person on sight be an ICF professional, but it is important that everyone knows their role and the plan for the day. In this lesson, we will discuss how the team should work together and which jobs should be delegated amongst the crew.
