Step 4: Level Footings

You’ll want to level your footings within a quarter of an inch or less. After stacking the first two courses of BuildBlock ICFs, shim and trim to level your wall. Be mindful of the fact that blocks will settle slightly when filled with concrete and rebar and leveling footings at the beginning will result in fewer headaches for the rest of the project.
