Step 22: The Top of the Wall

Clean the jobsite immediately after a pour. Concrete debris is easily brushed off the walls and floor when done quickly. Avoid walking on or moving the bracing and alignment system. The bracing system can be taken down after 7 days as you prepare to hand the project over to other trades.

Step 22: Make sure the top of the wall is clean and flat. Wipe awat debris and splatter. Once the final alignment is finished, stay off the alignment system to avoid possible movement of the wall. Sight the wall after half an hour, adjust the wall as needed.
