Footings Pre-Pour Inspection
Ensure that proper rebar was placed in footings before they were poured and a footing inspection was performed if required.
Before stacking you should have verified that all vertical dowels are correctly placed with sufficient height above to footing to correctly lap vertical rebar in the walls.
Ensure that the walls match the layout that was marked on the footing before the wall was stacked.
Double check that walls meet specified dimensions and that the structure is square.
